General Summary
Amend Business Solutions seeks a results-oriented Sales Analyst to be the primary point of contact for prospective clients seeking debt relief. This position requires expert-level consultation, presentation skills, and the ability to enroll a high volume of clients by conducting comprehensive financial interviews and delivering customized solutions that align with their specific financial needs.
Essential Duties: Sales, Analysis, and Service
- Service Promotion: Effectively present and advocate for Amend Business Solutions' services using compelling, evidence-based arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Financial Qualification: Perform in-depth interviews with potential clients to collect crucial financial data (assets, liabilities, cash flow, tax status) to accurately determine eligibility and suitability for our programs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed the mandatory monthly quota of 20 client enrollments.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong business relationships, proactively reaching out to leads (inbound/outbound) to introduce services, and discuss appropriate financial options.
- Administrative & Compliance Duties: Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of all sales order tickets and transaction requests. Maintain strict compliance with all company policies regarding timekeeping, attendance, and departmental procedures.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- A minimum of six (6) months of proven sales experience is required; one (1) year of experience within the debt consolidation or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
Skills
