About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Nasr City. In this role, you will be the guardian of our communication standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Call Auditing: Systematically monitor and evaluate outbound/inbound calls to ensure alignment with company protocols and service expectations.
- Reporting & Feedback: Generate and submit detailed performance scorecards; provide regular insights and audit summaries to supervisors.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and report any compliance threats or deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Continuous Growth: Participate in cross-departmental training to stay updated on company services and integrate feedback to refine your auditing accuracy.
- Policy Adherence: Maintain strict alignment with the company's Employee Handbook and departmental guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional active listening skills and clear verbal/written communication.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for nuances and a commitment to precision.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) CRM software and Phone Admin systems.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 18,000 EGP Net Monthly.
- Incentives: Performance-based bonus structure (5 KPIs).
