We are looking for motivated and driven Finance Sales Agents to join our growing team and help clients accelerate their journey toward financial freedom through tailored loan solutions. In this role, you will engage with warm leads, build strong client relationships, and guide individuals through financial options that support their debt settlement journey.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed lead analysis based on company and loan partner requirements
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads daily
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess financial needs and present suitable loan solutions
  • Guide clients through the loan application process from initial contact to funding
  • Manage and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline effectively
  • Follow up on workflow progress within the Finance Department
  • Meet or exceed monthly productivity, utilization, and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and internal platforms
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Requirements

Language

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales or call center experience
  • Experience in consultative sales, financial services, or debt settlement is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workflow environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
