Job Summary

This role is the engine behind our successful client settlements. The Settlement Enablement Specialist drives the preparatory and closing stages of debt negotiation by serving as the primary liaison between the company and creditors. You will rapidly secure account intelligence, facilitate legal authorizations, and perform critical financial calculations to ensure our Negotiators have all the necessary tools for securing the best client settlements. You will be instrumental in accelerating the entire negotiation lifecycle, from managing high-priority pre-lit accounts to fast-tracking financial closures.

Core Functions & Deliverables

  • Accelerate Negotiations: Proactively gather account placement and status details from creditors, ensuring negotiators have the most current information needed to act quickly.
